Description:

A three day celebration of aircraft from 1903-1919. Static awards for all classes and four outstanding flight awards were given out. Complete open flying with no flight judging or score sheets. Pilots choice, best central powers and best allied forces voted on by the pilots. If you like WW 1 aircraft, you will enjoy this event. We hope to see you in January 2014. January 24-26, 2014.

We had perfect weather all three days! Outstanding aircraft and exceptional pilots made for a great event. Model Airplane News was there to cover our event. Flying was virtually non-stop from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. Thanks to all the pilots that attended our event and the awards banquet Saturday night. As you know, next year marks the 100 year anniversary of the start of World War 1. We will honor those pilots that gave their lives in the skies during World War 1. We hope to have several surprises that may also include a full scale WW1 Aircraft. Please attend next year and join us in remembering the pilots of WW1.
