| Description: | The 23rd annual Best In The West Jet Rally is scheduled for Wednesday October 17th through Sunday October 21st, 2012. at the Buttonwillow Elk-Hills Airport and hosted by the
B.A.R.K.S. Club. Come and enjoy the California Sun and open sky with no flight restrictions, and 3,260 X 50 feet of paved runway for 5 days at the "Willow". BITW will be in it's 23rd year, and my third year as Contest Director for this event. John Redman will be Co-Cd. Website is up and updated. Tents will be available for rent.$300.00 for 20 X 20 for pilots and $325.00 for vendors. Food concessions are available, vendors, along with some of the best pilots in the world. 30 Trophy's to be handed out, includes The Colonel Robert Thacker Award to be given at the awards dinner Banquet along with our awesome Auction.
