| US SCALE MASTERS QUALIFIER, Sarasota R/C Squadron Club Field presents,The 25th Annual Corvin Miller, Scale competition.
This is the First qualifier for the 2013 Scale Masters championship,Registration begins at 8 am to 9 am. Expert,Sportsman,Team,Fun Scale Novice & Expert Classes. Static judging for those pilots will be held prior to flying competition on saturday morning only !!

Lots of Parking, Handicap friendly area. Covered seating for spectators and tent space for contestants. Spaces are first come first serve, bring your covered shade tents. Parking close to pit areas for pilots. CD for the event is Vince Veltri, a Top Gun competitor for many years. Expert judges on hand for scale static portion. Please come and join us and show your detailed model airplanes.
A Hitec Aurora 9 with 9 channel rcvr will go to one Lucky 1st place winner in a class to be determined later. Thanks To Hitec for the prize and sponsorship for this event.
The Local club will operate a concession stand during the event for your needs, Cold Drinks, Grilled food items and more. The Park area we have offers a walking and cycling trail and nature trail surrounds the flying field and has full facilities for family use. There is a Publix grocery store just west of the entrance a couple of minutes away from the flying action for your other needs. Local night time offers great restaurants, Saint Armands Circle and the famous siesta key beach 15 minutes west. We hope you will join us, come and compete or just watch and enjoy what looks to be another great year for our model airplane hobby.
