| The Henry County RC Club will be having its Annual Chili Cook off Contest and swap meet on Saturday January 19th 2013.
Come early and fly or bring something to barter, trade, sell or swap. Everyone is welcome to bring items to sell trade or swap. Anyone wishing to fly must have a current (2013) AMA membership card in their possession in order to fly at our AMA sanctioned field. In the event of inclement weather bring your appetite and enjoy the chili and other fixings. We always have a good time even if inclement weather prevents us from flying.
There will be no landing fees or registration for this our first event of the New Year. Only HCRCC members will be allowed to enter the Chili cook off contest and only members will be allowed to vote on the best chilis.
First prize for best chili will be $75.00 Cash payout with $50.00 for second place and $25.00 for third place. Come on out and enjoy some great chili, friends, meet some great folks talk about airplanes or helicopters pick up a bargain or two and get in a little stick time.
