|This is New Zealand's Premier annual Jet meeting. Event is open to All Turbine, EDF and Ducted Fan Aircraft (including turbine helicopters) and international visitors are most welcome to participate. (except Larry Ellison or James Spitall) |
The annual ANZAC Jet meeting has been getting bigger every year with last year attracting around 80 aircraft and over 50 pilots. The event is hosted in the small South Waikato township of Tokoroa, located in the center of the North Island of New Zealand. This region is also abundant with tourist attractions nearby for the other half of the aeromodelling family whilst you're burning kero. Weather is typically fine and warm at this time of the year and we are fortunate to have the full size airport closed down for the weekend to operate from.
