When drag and gravity overcome the forces of lift and thrust on any aircraft, the aircraft will stall. Typically a stall occurs when the angle of attack becomes too steep. An aerodynamic stall has nothing to do with an engine quitting.

Stall Torque
Level of torque at which the the servo stalls. After stall torque is reached blowback will occur.
