Comments: Engine, muffler and spinner were all filthy. Muffler and inside of engine were covered with black exhaust residue (I have the pic's to prove it). Not the "low time stump puller" described in AD. Seller's communications were very inadequate; his second reply to the e-mail I sent him outlining my concerns was just a copy of his first e-mail which implied complete disinterest. His attitude seemed to be 'yeah it's a pioece of crap, but it's your piece of crap now". Having bought this engine based on the seller's 50 previous "good" ratings I was completely dissatisfied with this transaction.
Rebuttal: it's amazing some of the things people will say and do to throw some one under the bus. engine, muffler, spinner filthy that is just plain BULLSHIT. pictures do not lie he saw the picture of the motor and spinner prior to buying, was the spinner dirty a little it's called burn from the rubber cone on the starter. was the muffler discolored yes as in all 4 stroke motors that are used was the motor filthy NOPE I stand by what I said low time super clean motor. WHEN HE FIRST CONTACTED ME HE SAID... I LOOK IN THE EXHAUST PORT AND IT WAS BLACK. WOW.... IT'S EXHAUST GENIUS IT IS BLACK WHAT DID YOU EXPECT TO SEE NAKED DANCING GIRLS...HIS SECOND EMAIL GOES ON ABOUT DIRTY SPINNER. DIRTY MUFFLER THE NUT ON THE MUFFLER IS NOT HOLDING...... AT THIS POINT I SAID WE HAVE A WINNER. EVERYTHING WAS CLEARLY SEEN ON THE PICTURE POSTED. THIS REMINDS ME OF WHEN I WENT BACK HOME IN DECEMBER TO FLORIDA I STOPPED AT A GOLDEN CORAL SAT DOWN NEXT TO 2 VERY FAT SLOBS WHO COULD NOT GET ENOUGH DOWN FAST ENOUGH AND THIS WENT ON FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES THEN THEY HAD THE BALLS TO CALL THE MANGER OVER AND SAY THE FOOD TASTED LIKE CRAP IN ORDER TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. THERE IS THE FEW THE PROUD......... AND THEN THERE IS THE FEW AND THE SHAMELESS. IT'S AMAZING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE PRAISED MY ITEMS AND THE QUALITY OF MY ITEMS THEN ALONG COMES THIS CAT. I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT MANY JOYFUL FLIGHTS AND HAPPY LANDINGS AND EVERY TIME YOU RUN THAT SWISS OF A MOTOR I HOPE YOU FEEL ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF FOR WRITING THIS CRAP.
