Comments:  Buyer backed out at the last minute. Other were interested but I stayed to my word to sell to him and he lied. Now the other offers are gone and I have to start over again. I feel this individual is a scam artist!
Rebuttal:  Offered to sent paypal but refused after I had problems with the mail and money order. If I was a scam artist he would be out of money. Ready to sent money as soon as I get your paypal address.

Comments:  To all buyers be WARE, about buying anything from Lasers200. I had a really bad experience with this seller and do not wish anyone else to have the same experience with a seller. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR THE FULL STORY OF OUR TRANSACTION. DO NOT PAY VIA MONEY ORDER. BY USING PAYPAL AND OTHER SERVICES LIKE PAYPAL YOU HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IN CASE OF A BAD TRANSACTION IF YOU PAY VIA MONEY ORDER YOU LOOSE THE OPURTUNITY TO BE ABLE TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY. AGAIN I STATE DO NOT PAY VIA MONEY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the Middle of July I began to exchange messages with Lasers200 in the attempt to bargain with him to reduce the price of a Cellpro 10 Charger that I wanted to purchase from him to be able to have a matching set, meaning that I already have one and know how to use it well. I say this so you remember later when I bring this subject back up again. I received the charger and took it to my local field on July 31st. I hooked it up to my power supply and then hooked up my batteries and then noticed that something was wrong with the charger. I emailed Lasers200 and advised him that the charger was not working. He emailed me back and basically told me that i did not know what I was doing. I tried to explain to him that I already have one of these chargers and am very familiar with how to use it and then again he told me I was doing something wrong. Many emails later he finally told me to send the charger to the manufacturer (FMA). Long story short, in all the emails sent back and forth Lasers200 told me "if the charger is broken then he would refund me the money if it is user error than its on me". I received an email from the manufacture stating that the charger was faulty and required to be fixed. I again asked Lasers200 to make things right and pay for having the charger fixed or give me a refund, he then refused to do either after doing exactly what he asked of me. At that point I went in to RCU to leave a rating, and once there I find that he has cancelled our transaction so i am unable to leave a rating on his account. I then decided to file a formal complaint with RCU and two min after I filed my complaint and stated my case he then filled a complaint against me, 10 min later RCU staff resolved the complaint and then Lasers200 went ahead a refilled the same complaint, stating in his complaint that he sent me a working charger and that he believes that user being myself damaged it, Now I ask myself what sense does it make to buy a charger for $60.00 off Lasers200 to then damage it to have it sent out to FMA to pay another $60.00 flat fee for repair and shipping for a total of $120.00. On Aug 28th the complaint has finally been resolved by the RCU Staff I will attach the email from RCU to prove that what I am saying is not a lie. Please take your time to read the following. If anyone out there has any questions about my ordeal please feel free to contact me at jalvarez11@hotmail.com and I will be more than happy to foward you all the emails that were exchanged between Lasers200 and my self. Here is the final email from RCU to myself. I also will be more than happy to show anyone who ask for the copy of the invoice form FMA for the charger repair. BELOW IS THE EMAIL SENT TO MYSELF AND LASERS200 REGARDING OUR DISPUTE. PLEASE READ BELOW. To: lasers200 & jalvarez11; The complaint filed against jalvarez11 by lasers200 has been resolved after review by RCU for the reasons set for below. We appreciate your efforts to resolve this matter and keep your record clean! The complaint has been automatically be removed from jalvarez11's public ratings. ---------COMPLAINT---------- Complaint No. 4577 Item: 856273 - CELLPRO Status: RESOLVED RCU Notes: There is no evidence the buyer is trying to defraud the seller in any way. The seller requested the buyer to send the item to the manufacturer for repairs and stated "The most I am willing to do is for YOU to mail it to them and copy me on the report. It was working when I mailed it to you. If they say operator error its on you. If they say something different then I will give you the benifet of the doubt and refund the $60." The buyer did as instructed by the seller and the manufacturer reported the charger had failed. The seller is now obligated to provide a refund as he offered. On a side note, the seller may NOT reject an offer on a completed transaction. Comments:  Hi, please do not ever try to buy from me again. You have done this to two other people. It is not nice to try to get the seller to sell at a lower price over several emails and then say you can not pay because of a bad check given to you. That makes you look low and that is no good. I think you should not bite off more than you can chew. Know your limits. I am sorry to do this. I never try to buy an item unless I have the money to buy it. Out of respect to your next purchase you need to think about it. I am sorry for you.
