SERVO: some old budget unit
TRANSMITTER: budget 27MHz AM
BATTERY: Up to 4S Lipo (normally 2S 3300mAh)
ESC: Custom AVR-based brushed
MODIFICATIONS: Duratrax rear and Redcat front arms, HPI Super Nitro wheels+tires, alloy 70mm shocks. ESC is a budget 50A plane ESC with an AVR on it, so I hacked it and reprogrammed it with my own 'car' program


Traxxas Stampede with XL-5 ESC

BATTERY: 3300 20C 7.4V lipo
MODIFICATIONS: HPI VW Baja shell

Himoto Syclone 
Electric Powered Non-Electric Powered
FUEL: generic 20%
MODIFICATIONS: Is actually HSP Atomic Warhead but this model is near enough. Is currently converted to an on-road car using on-road arms, short shocks and Traxxas sliding universals on the front. Also has a Savage X (I think) 47-tooth spur & slipper in place of the stock 2-speed. Bell is a single-speed steelie (14-tooth?) so it's horribly undergeared with the small touring car wheels. Gobs of torque at the tires though - will readily break traction using rubber tires on grippy concrete, despite being 4wd. HPI Cuda body, purple metallic.

Tamiya TNX Nitro - RTR

MODIFICATIONS: Mostly stock, using the slightly lower gear ratio using the factory smaller clutch bell and larger spur. Has larger chevron tires, can't remember which brand

Tamiya Toyota Corolla WRC TA03F-S 
Electric Powered Non-Electric Powered
ESC: MSC ditched in favour of Tamiya TEU-101
MODIFICATIONS: Short wheelbase is a bitch to get shells for. Is currently wearing an MX-5 shell for a 225mm wheelbase HPI something car. TA03F-S is actually 235mm so the wheels are pushed out to the corners more, makes the MX5 look better in my opinion.

PTI Racing Goliath Micro Monster Truck

MODIFICATIONS: Am converting into a lowrider car with "hydraulics". Currently lowered with servos linked to the cantilevers to provide the lift. Waiting on brushless esc at the moment.
