Thank you for trying a competition grade prop in the 4 x 2.5, It pains me to hear your efforts have been thwarted as I only wish success in all endeavors for Cox International!
They would have been the bees knees the cats meow etc. etc.
Perhaps your moulder would be willing to mod the mold for water cooling.

It maybe would only need a couple of deep holes and some fittings, but I don't really know what the molds look like, or how they hook on to the machine. I wonder how the molds worked before. They must have been used at one time. Anyway, thanks again to Bernie for trying.

Altering the mould would cost a minimum of $6,000 and, to sell 300-400 props per year, definitely not an option, unfortunately.
