Looking good, BSARGE! That is a sight better than my humble and unworthy building skills can produce. Nice workbench.
Hey, will there be signs posted on Bethel South Fork and Major Hill rd? I don't want to get lost in east nowhere NC after driving 4 1/2 hours. I'm good with the directions from I85 up to that point, but the last few turns can be tough if you don't know the area. Or is there a better way to get there from I85 that mapquest doesn't show?

Dear Vic,
I guess I should have told you that I've negotiated a deal with the Feds and I've been let out on bail - so the only cell number I have now is the phone-y one. But remember that the only time I turn that darn thing on is when I'm in the car (hoping, of course, for your call )
{Hey youse guys, does anyone else have only little squares with a red X in in where the RCU ads used to be?)

Rog my friend. I ask you to remember all the good times we've shared. But I'm afraid I have bad, really bad, news for you regarding the unfortunate date of your next get-together. This is SO BIG that it will likely have a major impact on the SMALL thang too. Ok, gird your loins (BTW could somebody other than Vic or Patrick tell me what that means?) - here it is.
Quote from the OFFICIAL website. . .
The Ava Gardner Museum announced that Ava Gardner Fest 2006 will be held on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, 2006. Ava Gardner Fest is a celebration of the life of legendary film actress Ava Gardner and a showcase for creative arts from her beloved birthplace. The festival, which features free films, live jazz, art and fine crafts, is conveniently located in historic Downtown Smithfield along the I-95 and I-40 corridor in eastern North Carolina.

Did youse-all catch the part about the "free films". Woo hoo. Sorry Rog but this is just too big to keep to myself.

You're perv button doesn't work? [X(] Pappy, how old are you? I have to attend a wedding for a 37 yr old virgin at 5:30 that night I am sure you can postpone a few silent films to hang out with the only sympathy group you have in the southeast for a few hours! Quit the dang whining an finish painting the shop and build the Shet face (I spelled it right!) be there!

Rog,
Go ahead laugh all you want...I still say the directions you gave in past years were off by at least 1/10th of a mile
Crap I forgot the fall get together was at this field. This field hates me, well at least it seems to hate ch.36.
Later,
Tim

Rog,
It's funny I was all gong ho over diesel Cox's when I had that crappy DDD head and home brew fuel and once I got some real fuel and a RJL head thanks to Bailey I think I only ran it once[:'(] Maybe I should back out the stuff and bring it along to play with. Was running a diesel reedie legal for the race?
LAter,
Tim

Rog,
Hey I got a couple of flights in with that diesel Black Widow on my old design contest plane that one time! I thought also that after the last race it was bring your own fuel( up to 35% nitro) and fly what ever prop you want as long as the reedie is "stock".

Tim
