I ran off a copy back when it was on the site at 100%. It came out perfect. I was thinking i needed a spare and i ran off 2 copies now at 100% before realizing it comes out smaller maybe 75%. Wing is 23'' compared to 28''. Is it me or whats the deal!

I'd bet your printer reverted to a default 94% like what happened to me originally. Check your printer settings before you click on "Print", and make sure it is at 100%. Should it have been printed on legal size paper rather than 8.5 x 11? Hard to tell which format that was.
