alexchen86,

I'm with you, dude. I weighed the options between the DF03RA and VXL rally, and got the DF03RA. I'm happy with the choice.

Just ordered an MO5 Pro limited edition, be here in four days. Can't wait to build that little rocket.

The VXL rally doesn't fit into any known scale already in use. It's close to the MO5 Pro and Cup Racer, but not quite. I'm not big on monocoque chassis, either. no room for modification. Cut into that chassis, and you just weakened it.

I'll stick with Tamiya. HPI, too.

Yeah how about mini Jato? 2 speed would sail. That would really be diffent, no one is making a mini 2 speed stadium truck.

We have yet to see a nitro Bandit. Mini Jato, now that would be sweet, screw the Rustler.

Whoop I got one yesterday at about 3pm (first to purchase at my lhs!) and omg this thing rocks. But the tires are super slick so yeah all it does is drift... lol. I got the green one because I thought it looked the best! And I dont know how to resize attachments, but this thing looks so good I think it should be in a huge picture

NOTHING looks that good.

And considering how long it took the discussionto load, because of your HUGEpic, I'll never read this thread again.

Thanx.

BUT when the first run the tires wont stick for anything..just drifting, but once the tires get some wear the grip kicks in and then its fun lol.

Since it uses regular TouringCar tires/rims, there are a lot of higher-gripoptions out there.

Well keep us updated on the strength and performance of this thing. How does it do off road, I'm sure it can't handle much since it doesn't have too much ground clearance. Anyone have one of these and a mini erevo? how does it compair?

Since Tamiya has a license agreement with Subaru I wouldn't hold your breath.
But like I said in the other thread, if you guys want body options you need to put your money where your mouth is. Being as any aftermarket offerings are always related to total unit sales of any RC vehicle. The more cars that are sold, the more motivation for companies to jump on the bandwagon and make stuff.

well I do plan on buying one.

speaking of the other thread, where did it go? I am assuming you were talking about the one you commented on in the traxxas community message boards. it has completely dissapeared or am I missing something? apparently traxxas did not want that info out yet!!!
