Caster F18T broken battery hold down post
Does anyone know if the aluminum chassis kit is a direct swap or would I have to buy quite a few more parts? If not, then I guess I could cut a slot in the middle and find some velcro strapping rig..... I'm still trying to figure out what cvds would fit and allow other wheel/tires or if there are some hex adaptors here in the US for it.

You need more parts than just the chassis. I am pretty sure that the information is available on the caster racing forums for exactly what is needed, but I know it is more than just the chassis plate. I think there are 4 or 5. Luckily the parts aren't ultra expensive like 1/8 stuff.
How old is the car because there was a revision of the chassis plate, but that was more concerning the front where the diffs mount, etc...
As for the car, check the AE 18th for fitment. I know some of their parts are interchangeable if you do want to try a different brand. I can't guarantee it, but that is the first brand I would go to.

I bought it new from you last summer or so. I guess I could check out the forums to see what people are using for cvds and wheels.
