cheap lipos for losi 1.24 rally
hi all ,just bought a losi rally 1.24 and i am looking to buy some lipo batteries for them,i believe around 300 ma 2s packs are about right.can any 1 tell me where i can buy cheap reliable lipos as the official ones are crazy prices ( like $33 for a 250 ma pack [&:] ) .also is it possible to improve the turning circle easily ,even with rates turn up full its only just sufficient.hope some 1 can help.

I ordered 2 of these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=9028 and had to cut the chassis to get the wires under the body because the plug wouldn't fit with the battery in the battery area.

I use the same pack jermpool linked to. I cut a slot in the battery compartment in the chassis so the wires can be stuffed up inside where the ESC is. Once you do that it fits perfectly.
For the turning radius, you need to trim some excess material off the steering knuckle. It makes a huge difference, and doesn't weaken the knuckle. Here's a pic I pulled off google of what you need to trim.
