Are these ''minis'' 1/10 or 1/12? Doesn't look like 1/16 to me and it's no where to be seen on Hpi website.
Very interesting that you can't seem to find it on the HPI website.

Here is a link to the HPI website just for you http://www.hpiracing.com/kitinfo/106571/

would it not be nice if this sparked whole class of racing? just like full scale Mt racing but half the cost. and more robust cars. like tippy shortcourse :L

Funny how the release is so clouded, sites are reporting in stock, out of stock, expected dates changing daily. I am growing tired of waiting, Iwish HPIwould just give us a release date...

My 1st post. Placed an order with Tower Hobbies on 6 July for the Savage XS. As of this afternoon, my Tower account shows that the Savage XS is being picked and packed at the warehouse. It should be on the doorstep by Friday.

Nice my order is being shipped from tower aswell. They didn't send me tracking yet but I just noticed they took the money via paypal. I sold a old heli I had laying around the other day , money went straight to paypal and tower took it , so this savage really onlycost me $88. Well worth it so far...

35 shipping is the same my baja was from them.  Mine has been invoiced as well. Now just a week or two waiting and crossing our fingers with duty at the border.  I usually get my tower orders very within five business days.  It won't matter, I'm going away for a few weeks next friday and won't get a chance to drive it.
