Default HPI Savage XS Flux directional Stability

My new XS has a bad directional stability.
When driving straight it reacts extremly nervous and it is nearly impossible to drive a straight line.

In the manual I could not find anything regarding the topic.

The front tires are nearly parallel, and have hardly any angle towards each other....

Is there anything I can improve or adjust?

Thx for help.

Regards

Andi

p.s.: The car ist still completely stock

Because the car is a "mini", it has a small or short wheel base. this combined with the power and torque makes it hard to control under heavy throttle. if you are running the stock tires, upgrade them. this will be the best upgrade for that. I am running proline badlands on HPI monster ss rims right now. i have no problems going in a straight line under heavy throttle. and they are excellent on grass and any other surface. they don't wear quickly either. get those tires and you will see a drastic difference in handling.

Yeah - I realized already that the stock tires to not have a good grip - neither on dry nor (even worse) on wet track...

And this car is really incdredible fast. I use 2s Lipos 4000 mAh 30C.

Thanks for the suggested tire - rim - combination.

I will have a look for that.

What will I have to spent for a complete set?

regards

Andi

i think the tires are $32 for four of them and the rims are $18 for four. and for that you will have the complete set

Sounds reasonable...

Thanks for that information.

I will have a look at them and check whether I can get them here in Germany...
