I recently bought another volcano 18 with a broken upper deck, I have bought the part removed all screws but can't seem to get it off without the fear of breaking something. Any ideas how to remove rather replace the upper deck properly screen shots are welcome.

Ok so I'm good figured out the screw pattern, and was able to complete the fix, responses to my post unfortunately we're not expeditious as I expected.

Sorry about that. The mini forum tends to be pretty quiet as far as new posts go. For future reference, this manual with a "parts explosion" shows where all the parts go and how they are installed.
