Question Dromida 4.18 Steering problem?

Hello,

I purchased a Dromida DT4.18 with a Brushless motor as my first hobby grade RC and played around with it for a bit.
Afterwards, I decided to look into upgrades, so I started with a LiPo battery and spent a day using it before a dogbone twisted off.

So, I ordered an aluminum drivetrain, while that was being delivered, I thought, "Hey, I wonder what it'd be like if it was FWD."
Took it out for a spin the next day and another dogbone twisted off, but I got to see how poorly it performs in FWD.

My aluminum drivetrain arrived, and it was fairly easy to install. Went to test it out, but the wheels weren't steering.
Done some research and assumed it was just the steering servo, so I ended up ordering an MG90S.

After I installed my new steering servo, I tested it to see if it works. Nothing, thought it was a defective servo. So, I tested it without the servo horn and tried different channels. Works fine, then I tried to moving just the servo horn.

Seems like it had quite a bit of resistance, so I loosened a couple of mounting screws on the linkage. Nothing yet still stiff.

Not sure where to go from here.
