stock with 4 aa's it goes about 15. With a 6 cell pack it will go about 20. add bearings and it will go 20+. mine goes about 25 with a peak chubby motor = $50 bearings = $15 6 cell =average about $30

What isnt bought for a higher price on ebay I've heard its a good motor. people seem to think its up there with the other tuned speed 300s and its the same price as a rabid.

Purchased the shocks yesterday and put them on tonight. A little disappointed in the springs. The front springs must be for decoration. Losi also has a "standard" oil-filled shock set up sheet on its website. Myself, I went with heavier shock fluid.

I am having a problem with my mini-t. Today I got my new 7.2 volt 1200mah team orion pack. On the first run with the pack in about 10 minutes I was going full speed and it just stopped. I touched the engine and it was really hot. It can't be the plugs cause I checked them. I narrowed it down to 2 things the motor and the esc. Which one could it be?

Thanks

This reminds me of some of your older posts, so I can't help but ask a few questions. 1) If your brother works for Losi, why did you get a Mini-T off of Ebay? 2) When are you going to post a photo of "your" modified Mini-T? 3) What did you use to "radar" "your" "cubby" modified Mini-T at 45 mph? I'd really like to know the answer to the last question, because I have everything you have listed in my Mini-T and I'm sure it doesn't go 45 mph. Then again, I've also posted photos of my Mini-T, along with my two cats.

Edit: And when you answer the servo question, it's going to be even harder to believe you if you are supposedly using the same servo I installed in my Mini-T. However, if you are claiming to use the same servo, perhaps you will explain to the rest of us what type of servo it is and why you picked it along with what you had to do to make it fit in the Mini-T.

A 45mph mini-t?? I dont think my TC3 is running 45mph... and I do not think your mini-t is either. Why would you put a GT-7 on a micro motor? That makes no sense at all.. in fact I dont know that it would not overload the micro motor. But to be fair.. since I have not been one of the people that has been trying to flame you could you please answer somethings for me.

I would like to see an answer to the servo question. Which one, how did you install it?

What brand of bearings are you using?

What battery?

What receiver?

What body? (At 45 mph aerodynamics are going to play a part)

And finally why in the world did you decide to drop a full blown racing ESC that cost as much as the truck in it??

Does this mean that you are full of it again or that you are simply attempting to avoid the questions with your childish insults and sentence structure?

I can provide you with two reasons why I dropped a GT7 in my Mini-T: (1) I had a Novak GT7 laying around and didn't need to go out a buy it and (2) I was thinking about installing a motor larger than the Peak Racing Chubby Micro RS4 Mod Motor in the Mini-T. I also dropped the JR RS300 synthesized receiver in it because I've taken my Mini-T to the dirt track numerous times and I don't have to worry about channel conflicts. I also choose the HiTec HS-5125MG servo because this particular "airplane" servo supposedly has an unbreakable metal gear train and I had to scrap that 4-wire stock servo--that's a hint for rccarman so he can expand on what once again appears to be another "fairy tale" claim.
