Take a good look at the Beast motor from one18th.com It's supposed to be one of the best out there. You can run the stock electronics with it. I'm using a big block right now, it runs good with 7.2v but when I use 8.4v it gets really hot! I know it probably just my gearing but...

Hope that helps.

wattage 370's are good, as they are the motors that the rabid and diamond 3 are based on, just that they are tuned. Brain, running the wattage 370, you notice good run times and speed?

The wattage 370 thus far i've had about 10 runs or so. Really nothing yet. But its great thus far. The run time is at least up in the 40 min range. I'm running a kan 7.2 pack that im getting like 1200mah out of every charge. I bought one of those expensive modded 370's. Honestly its slower than my 370. I'm not impressed by it and it wasnt worth the extra 15 bucks.

Did you just install capacitors with your new motor? Capacitors reduce the amount of interference. You usually add three to a motor, pos to can, neg to can, and pos to neg. Correctly installed capcitors will cut down on a lot of interference.
