Default RC18T questions.

i wasn't sure but i think i heard somewhere that min-t bodies, wheels, and tires can be used on the RC18T without any modifications. Is this true? and will these work on an rc18t? [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHVZ6&P=7]RPM Rims.[/link]

Why don't XXX-T bodies fit the T4? Why don't LST bodies fit the MGT? Cuz competing brands are NOT going to make bodies to fit each other's chassis. The wheels fit cuz it's an industry standard design that both used.

They are available only at www.one18th.com The first batch has sold out but they are available for pre-order again in their online store. 6victor6 formed the first body, and GraFiX got them produced. They are $16.99. You get the body, wing, wing mount hardware, body posts with discs and pins, window decals and one18th decals, window paint masks, templates and instructions in nice packaging.

I can't wait to get my buggy body from one18th, too bad I have to wait till the end of May. The buggy bodies seem to fit so well with the 18t. Now all I have to do is a get my first paint scheme together and see what I can do. I'm thinking spaztix color changing gold/green with mirror flames.

Very cool looking. I don't think i like the exposed shock towers though. Let us know if you bust em up now because of that.

gerwen, thanks. No problems with the shocks or towers so far. They're exposed just like a 1/8 scale buggys shocks are, but I haven't had any issues. If that's a concern you can always get one of those T'bone bumpers for extra protection.
