Number one the tires have strapping tape on the inside to prevent them from expanding. Also the tires do spin, but very little. And, i understand his car may handle in corners better, i mearly stated i will take his car in a drag race for poops and giggles. Plus, you did not address the issue of power to weight ratio. Simply put, his car does not break the laws of physics. So i would take your hundred dollars, and tell you to get some new shoes.

Hey chase, did you read the whole thread? i bet you another hundred dollars you didnt. Because he didnt have deans plugs on it in the begining. Plus, i know how to trim a body, the amount of drag that i created by leaving the front intact is very little if any that would be noticeable. And i dirve the car with the stock body anyway.

Nobody is saying anyone is better than anyone else, i was simply stating that he did not address the power to weight issue.

i finally find a scale , so i plan to weight it later and i will post pics of that.

the other thing i want ot mention here is about alum. part..its not as heavy as you think..the only heavy part is the 12 cell batt pack..anyway..i will post some pics later.

yes i did actually read the whole thing. look in the very first pic and you can see the deans plugs. he has pics of his car in diffrent stages of being built. if you look at the pic with the body on you will notice that the front a-arms are not lightened yet. and the pic where you can see the batterie plugs well in it does have tamiya plugs but the pic with the big batterie...wich i think is the first pic shows deans plugs.
yes i do know and understand physics. his car is probly the same weight as your car maybe a tiny bit heavier. the batterie he has isnt much more weight. plus hees running a vis matched pack. a matched pack is A LOT better than a regular battrie pack. that is why they dont allow them in NORRCA races. they are that much of an advantage over non-matched packs. you both have very nice trucks i wouldnt doubt that. i personaly run a lipo also in my mamba mini-t but mine is a not a on road truck...mine gets driven on a 1/10th off road track so as far as speed wise it wouldnt touch your guyses trucks.

What about it? It has already been talked about in other threads, so do you think it would be faster than an electric that size? Or are you simply spamming it around?
