Mini-t prob

When i first turn on my mini-t its really slow and then a few seconds later it starts going fast, does any of u guys know whats wrong.

If it is stock, it can't be really fast. Anyway, check all the wires and try cleaning the motor.

I'd have gone for cleaning the motor, could be a dead spot on the comm
