TL Ball Diff on MLST?
I have heard a few people say that the MLST comes with a really weak diff, and that they should upgrade to the $25 Losi one that was made for the mini-t. Is that like a drop in fix? Or will i have to do some mods? Pics would be nice...

I know the center tranny of the mLST is just a Mini-T tranny turned sideways. So yes a Mini-T Ball Diff fits right in.
I have no clue about the front and rear diffs...

Binary has it. MiniT ball diff is a direct drop in to the center diff, no mods necessary. It will not work in the front and rear though. There are SOO many posts about the mLST right now, just read em and you will understand better. For further questions, go to www.one18th.com and find the mLST forum. I think someone did a write up on an install. It's cake.

its ok, when my friend and i had the mini lst in my shop we were driving it an if you dont put it in the right way it keeps on coming lose, plus he used he losi one and the center screw was to short.

i used the k factory center diff, it was cheaper than the losi and ive heard people complain about the losi. the screw wasnt too short, and i put it in backwards the first time too! the hex side should face the rear.
