Help Team Associated RC18T 4 WD mini!!!
Ok my LHS has 2 in stock for 200 bucks ea. They are ready to run with pack,charger,370 motor and radio. Decent price? Is the little truck any good? Any major problems with it? AM I better off with a diffrent model bought on line since this is the only minis they have there. This will basically be little toy to tide me over until Revo 3.3 is in stock. Help me fast before I go blow 200 bucks on a piece of junk or a good little car. Dont know which it is and money is burnin a hole in my pocket. THANKS.

Bad deal, RTR fro only $160-$175, your LHS is ripping you off. I paid that much for my mini lst which is a bigger, more capable truck.

yes there good my friend has one they are good for racing and are stable but i prefer the mini lst they are faster can do more sort of mt sort of things it is really good but the rc18 is good

Its not a mini monster truck, its just a truggy. I mean its ok for short grass and street, but it doesnt have any offroad capability comaped to the mini-lst, mini-quake, and mini-zilla.

If you go to www.killerhobbies.com they have the rc18mt for 148 + shipping. If you don't know the mt is just a lttle better than the T

Well I bought the 18T. Chargin now. Talked to the guy at LHS. He threw in an extra battery for free so it was 200 plus tax with a free battery. Cost a little more but Im supporting local business, got to BS with them and pick their brains and didnt have to wait for it to ship.
It will be used for on road and maybe small dirt track sometimes. At some point I will be gettin Revo 3.3 so that will be my offroad basher. Then this will be for when Revo is broken and I dont have the parts to fix it yet.
Seems like a nice little stadium truck style. I will post my experiences with my first R/C.
