RE: Track Layout Compitition!!
My mini's do good with at least about 4 feet all the way around the track. The layout above is about 2 feet wide, which I doubt is enough room to do anything. The only thing you can do is make a big oval with jumps or a figure 8 track with a table top somewhere in the middle.
Thats about it. You need more room.
Or patients, reverse and turn marshals. You also have to jump perfectly strait.

RE: Track Layout Compitition!!
yeah its just a rough sketch, what im really trying to show is that you dont need to panic just cuz you have such a thin space to work with... imagine the black parts expanding out from the blue parts, and you should be able to pack the whole 'little side thing' with the track, i made it thinner on purpose so its easier to see where the corners are etc...
yeah there are sections that appear to be 2 feet across, where that pink line down the middle is, but if you use a passover or something you can shove abit of track from its side under it, hence you get a wider track... like its not that hard to make, just any flat solid piece supported on either side by mounds of sand or dirt that form part of the track

RE: Track Layout Compitition!!
since i have no way of showing you a picture of a track i think you should make the course technical in some sections and not in others. i think you should make some turns bigger like have the turn go up a board or a tree and then have whoops and what would be really cool is to make a ramp and put cars in the middle of it and jump it and be running over obstacles in some sections and then i think there should be a steep part like a hill climb and then when you get to the top of the hill there should a turn then a drop back down to the ground. and just for fun you should make one of those ramps have water under it so you can jump water, not the best idea though.
by the way it would be best to use dirt

RE: Track Layout Compitition!!
thats sweet and the lanes would be about 3 1/2 wide so based on the ground i think i am going to do that but swicth it so that the hill is at the front and the bottem is going to be a banked turn
