AntWar, I've seen other people put the zip-ties on their heads before. Is that to protect the cooling head from scratches and/or fins breaking when the car ends up on the shiny side???

Yes the zip ties are there just for a lttle more protection thanks for the comments on the buggy they are quite a cheap buggy and all the alloy parts are ebay sourced from china so cheap aswell and still have all the plastic bits as spares.
