I just made a ramp for a small figure eight track layout. Nothing special but is pretty fun to cruise around then back under it. Will post some pics tomorrow maybe. Get some video of your track it sounds awesome, is it dirt or no? I want to make a small dirt oval track our bash type track but don't know how bad this is for the truck. I'll probably go for it anyway since they start digging our pool tomorrow and i can take the SC clay and smooth it out under the deck. Get some video of your track though. If i find my camera i can get some video of the figure eight.

[link]http://www.rcuvideos.com/item/WM5GTFP460GH0H5P[/link] : Found this video of the micro-t in the dirt pretty cool. I need to try riding in the dirt. I will test tomorrow!

ya the micro T reciver is coupled with the ESC..... sooo with the mamba 25, youll need an aftermarket micro reciver
i think novak makes a micro reciver that might work

Nitro Burner can you see the photo’s on post #1689 on both photo’s the parts with the big blue capacitors are Mamba25 brushless speed controls. On the top photo the dark box behind the Mamba25 is a Spektrum SR3500 DSM receiver. The Spektrum DSM receivers do not have crystals and allow people to run over 70 cars at one time, but are expensive.

The bottom photo shows a Micro-T with the Mamba25 brushless speed control in the back and a Novak XXL 27MHz AM receiver that has been taken out of its box, being a 27MHz AM receiver it can be used with the stock Micro-T radio.

The battery and motor both plug into the Mamba25, then the Mamba plugs into the receiver, you also need a three wire servo like the HS-55 that can plug into the receiver too.

Bobcat45

adjust whats called the "slipper"

look in the manual and it tells you how to adjust the slipper. youre slipper is too loose so look in the manual and find out how to tighten it, if you cant understand it through the manual lemme know and ill be happy to let you know how

Does it not steer or does it not turn? Because if it doesn't steer your steering link screws are probably too tight.

yeh if you wouldnt mind i would love to get some sets for free, cheers. All my others are worn down so much that they dont mesh sell with the spur gear well at all I also need to buy a comlete transmission set because my other one has worn down heaps as well and when you rev it it ounds like the gears are seriously clashing and its slowing the car down heaps and heaps.

Worked like a charm, thank you!!!

Just don't keep them loose for too long, let the screws create a wear pattern in the link then tighten it up as much as you can without it binding. If you keep them too loose the area around the hole will stretch and break.
