I'm going to get a Micro-T from one of my friends for VERY cheap and then convert it to a DT. After I play with it for a while I'm going to get BL and Li-Po for it. I just wish that they made a smaller Receiver for my Futaba FASST Radio.

The tires don't grip worth crap outside... since I only run mine outside, I have no idea how it'll handle inside.. while they do look awesome, like I said, they don't grip at all outside.. ended up putting the stockers back on.

Any alternatives to the $$$ Losi Lipos? How about higher mAh Nimh? Also, where can I get the Losi micro connectors?

Thanks!

HEY GUYS

got a simple question. recently bought the losi MICRO BAJA a week or two ago. found a few videos showing to decrease the slip to gain the extra "power" getting lost with the stock slip setting...

diagram of exploded parts/manual : check

socket for the 4.5 mm nut: check

turned the nut a few times. nothing different. same amount of slip. tried backing it off a turn or so. no different result. i then (because i have the exploded view of parts in hand) removed the nut, and carefully dumped the parts on a towel. had i known there were addtional blue o-rings and washers not shown on the diagram, i wouldnt have dumped them out.

can any of you provide a pic of an exploded view in order ? the tiny parts in front of the spur gear are visible in the diagram, but the parts behind it are NOT shown..so i now have no idea how they go back in. i have an additional blue O-ring, and another 2 or 3 washers that were behind the spur gear. is it mirror image to the parts in front?

thanx

Here is some pictures I just made of my micro T I converted into a DT. Hot pink paint job so my wife wouldnt get so pissed about me blowing the money. I didnt like the look of the red parts of the decals that came with the body. Red and hot pink dont match too good, so I cut the red parts out of the decals then put them on. Turned out pretty good.

yup those are the ones... and they have a 15$ charger im gonna get if you look under lipo chargers...towards the bottom..

and the reason i want the wheel shafts is because i broke my rear hub and lots the dogbone soo im thinking of just buying the wheels shafts...idk..i might just get a bunch of stock hubs also and a bunch of stock dogbones...mine get bent real easy...

also do lipo bateries make a HUGE difference..i mean i have raminator wheels and i dont really like them all that much...my micro flies maybe 20+ just with the stock nimh bb motor and raminator wheels...and it flips on corners with the raminator wheels..
i might just buy some more foams from thetoyz becausethose foam are really nice...grippy and barely even wear down...ran them for three days nonstop practically and almost no wear...justa couple little dents...
