I just picked up my Micro-T two days ago and it is a great little truck! Only thing I have done so far is put Xmod Evo truck springs on it to make the suspension stiffer. Red on front, Yellow on rear. Now it doesnt bottom out and slam the chassis into the ground. Next will be some bearings a battery and a hotter motor. Fun little beast!

Mine would also not pop wheelies, but tightening the diff provides some great wheelie action, it just doesn't turn for shizzle on the carpet.

Well , my problem solved itself somehow, no more 180's. I'm amazed at how quick my micro t is stock. Only thing i have on it is the bearing. It's just so agile and quick. I'm easily wheeling 10-15 feet on carpet. i would love to race someone elses T just for comparison. Def. great entertainment. Is there a way to tell if your spur gear is not working? i adjust mine but see now difference with the slip at all.

hmm. just take the whole thing off and put it back on again. maybe one of those little blue grommets creeped behind.

also, with the xmod evo truck springs, wouldnt it make sense to put the red in the front because there softer? im not dissin your personal preference or anything.

Hi guys,

I just got my micro-t today, my only problem with it is i feel that the response is little slow.
Example, when i hit the throttle it takes like a few milliseconds for it to react..

Feels like there’s a lag. I own few mini-z and the response is a lot faster.
But the steering response is fast but the throttle is not.

Is it normal?

Thanks.

break in your differentials, hold one rear wheel in your hand with the with the other hanging in the air and with your remote, give it some throttle, not too much though for about 15 seconds. than do the other wheel. do it for 1 pack for your battery with breaks in between so you don't melt the diffs. also loosen the screws around the tranny case.

i have had my micro t for 5 days now and i have broke the tie rod and the rear hub carrier, mostly from jumping it off of stuff that is way to big for in, but my main problem is charging the battery. my charger works fine and and so is my battery, but if i forget to turn it off it wont take a charge. i had to tske it to the hobby shop and use their triton charger. it kept on charging but then i left it on and wont charge, aggravating.

So, don't leave it on and unplug the battery after every use.

I'm having problem with these battery i just bought from ebay:

5 X 3.7V 160mah 4.2gram Lipo.
for Micro R/C Plane

Item no. BLB37V160M
Description :
Discharge rate : 600mAh (Max800mAh)

Li-battery 3.7V normal 4.2V fully charged, 160mAh
Length: 3.5CM
Width: 2.0CM Height:0.35CM Weight : 4.2 gram

The problem is with 2 cell li-po, my micro goes slower than when using stock battery.
What could be the problem?

I've also ordered some of this http://www.all-battery.com/index.asp...OD&ProdID=1639
but kinda afraid that same problem might occur.

Could it be not enough "punch" from the battery?

i didnt really have that many troubles but i have some good tips like i treid mine on carpet and the strings got wound up in the drive shaft so i had to take the tires of to get to it snd i lost the clip that holds it on so i took a bread tie and pealed the paper off of it and i twisted it tight and cut it its ten times better than the clip and will hold for a long time another thing is people told me to put zip ties on the shock so the would be stiffer but i didnt want to do that so i took the springs off nad replaced them with fuel line i will have pics on l8r

I am new here and bought a micro last week, like this truck. No problems yet runs good ,charges good. Can a guy put ink pen springs on the shocks to stiffen them up a little, i was thinking of doing that because the stock springs r a little spongy. Any suggestions would be apreciated, also i sent off for a wheelie bar that little thing pops good whellies on the carpet! I ordered it from www.killerhobbies.com they have a lot of hop up parts for the micro t and r real good people, check out there web site, and there prices r not bad either. Could a guy do two charge cycles and get a little more run time? I am averaging about 10 minutes per cycle. Let me no something guys. Later

Just picked it up yesterday. The transmission was binding, but not uniformly. First thought was the pinion-spur mesh - no joy. Took the trans. apart to see that the shaft connecting the spur to the trans was bent slightly causing it to bind up a bit as it rotated. I believe that it is binding up the trans gears (as opposed to rubbing against the trans casing). The truck will run for a few minutes and then shut down - I am not sure if it is the engine overheating or the esc, not that it matters. Anyway, it looks like I will have to talk to Losi about it. Bummer.

hey guys i have been having some trouble with my micro t, i have narrowed it down to those little brass gears inside the diff, i think there worn down too much probably from running it too much but anyway i can eaisly fix that, but my spur gear has a bit of play in it, has anyone else expereienced this?? I think i might buy a new complete trans just too be shure.

I say definetly get the losi lipo battery and charger. It plugs into the wall and gets 30 min of run time and a lot more power.
ub0211042, the batteries you got dont have any power because they are 3.7 volt. Stock is 4.2 i think and lipo is around 7.
My tie rod broke and I am going to try to get aluminum ones.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

EDIT-I am selling it. I want a kyosho half-eight
