I don't have any suggestions but I would like to know why you need a battery that small?

What are you going to use it in?

The only batteries i can think of that are that small are the hearing aid batteries.

All the nimh batts I have are rechargeable and they did cost maybe 3-5 dollars, but they do have 7 cells in them so they can be stripped out and used together for however much voltage you require. Mine are 170 mah , but newer ones can be 200-250 mah.
