Default king HPI Micro Drift question

I was recently thinking of getting an HPI Micro Drift from extra Christmas money. I have $120.00 now and wanted to keep it as cheap as possible for now. I want to get the ARR version because it is alot cheaper. For it to be ready to run it needs the following: 2 Channel Radio, Servo, ESC, Battery, and Charger. Car $80.00, Battery $15.00, Servo $15.00, and controller I am just going to use my old Traxxas TQ for now. Right there that is about $110.00 without the ESC and my controller. So here is where the problem lays! I won't have enough money to get the ESC, so I came up with the idea of using my Futaba MC330CR and just add deans plus to both the car and the ESC. I was just wandering if my ESC would work for the car or not. For the 540 motors it goes form 13-27 Turn motors and the one in the car is either a 280-370 or something like that so if someone could give me an accurate answer I would really appreciate it!!! Thanks Alot
