There is another motor out but its smaller at .06 its really cheap though if you can find one get the .09 from sirio.
The good thing about the sh engine is that it has a different manifold and good power delivery very linear.

A pick of the sh .07ci engine and a pick of another engine slightly bigger at .08ci the second engine will fit the nb with no mods at all.
Some links to ebay for the info and prices.

I have a Mini-Inferno and I am looking for the upgraded differentials. From what I understand the Inferno truggy has sealed diff's and they are a direct replacement for the ones in the inferno? Is this what I am looking for?

Those are great diffs but the ones your refering to are fluid filled diffs like it's big brother the 1/8 inferno. You can get replacement diffs from kyosho for the KMI ST on their website or ebay.

Thanks! From what I gather looking through he products (looks like there is 3 pages) I should be looking at the DIFF. GEAR SET, IH103? I would also need to get some diff fluid to fill it as well, correct?

yes fluid will be needed. You also need diff cups. The piece that holds all the fluid and gears.

Looks good and strangley familiar, why did you take the Mamba brushless out of it. SHould have been alot faster than that rc18t motor.

The sh engine comes with two mount types one of standard flange type and a kyosho base style mount to fit the nb standard mount i had to grind the base mounts enoung so it can seat correctly as can be seen in the pics i have no bearing leaks or sealing problems with this motor and have put it through some abuse including jumping it 27 feet on one of those potable plasic bmx ramps bent the alloy shock towers a little just bent them back by hand and all was well only bent them on the few runs where i run off the ramp.

Thanks AntWar,
I am thinking that if the Drake .095 is a better fit than that then it will be worth the extra bucks, for me that is.

Yes I agree, but the bottom must be different, because its supposed to be a drop in upgrade for one of these buggies. The quetsion is which one? I hope its the Vulcan, because my ACME NB16 has the same motor and pipe set up, meaning it should fit my buggy, but I will ask someone who sells it to make sure. When it comes to nitro motors, I really don't like modding the mount.

Only if you buy the mount and manifold they could both be used on the sh as the case was the same before i ground mine to fit the standard engine mount.
Still the price is ok and if it performs like the sh its still a good buy i would go for the standard one though as you will get enough part failures unless you have metal diffs in.

I'm sorry, I lost you there. What standard engine are you talking about. And are you saying that the SH will fit without modification if I buy the motor mount also? And if so do you have a link to both the motor and mount you are talking about, and then what manifold and pipe to run?
Thanks
