Default Good Battery Packs/cells

i wanna make a battery pack that will fit in my micro-t that has at least 300 mah with at least 6-7.2 volts of power using NiMh, anyone have any good suggestions on what cells to use?, a link would be nice too,o and i dont wanna fry any thing, i got all stock on right now,

i just changed the gear in mine to a 10 tooth instead of the 12 tooth that is in it and i pull 3 foot wheelies it almost does a back flip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxDj77FsOzY
thats not mine but i can do that same wheelie with just my gear change

yes a 12 tooth comes in the car and in the baggy u have a 10 and a 14tooth put in the 10 tooth and it will fly u will be very happy and it only takes like half a min to do

ok ima try that when i get more batteries for charger, but wont the bigger pinion make it go faster?

3feet?, thats nothing. I can wheelie mine for an entire straight on an RCP track (20ft?). Comm drops and a peak charger to charge the battery are all it takes

I believe this was the subject of this thread. I have also been looking for batteries like this- my runtime is only about 8 minutes, even with a peak charger (and yes it will wheelie for about 30 feet on concrete).

You can't use one IB1400 cell- that's only 1.2 volts. It would run forever, but only go about 1 mph.

Has anyone out there had any success finding higher capacity 1/3AAA batteries out there?? I really don't wan't to go the Lipo route.

just one more thing about changing pinion, does anyone have any suggestions on how to loosed the motor screws because when i change to smaller pinion its not snug, and the motor screw is way to tight to loosed whith those small screwdrivers, anyone know an easier way?
