few brushless / lipo questions
ok today i am going to pick up a brushless and lipo systems for my mini baja, i hear a lot of good stuff about the quark and such, which would be better just get the mamba set up or go with the mamba motor and quark controller
As far as lipo's go, do these systems have anything built in so i will not over discharge my batteries?? or can i just run the car till it stops running or till i see a big speed drop off??
are there any lipo chargers that you can just plug into the wall or do they all need an independent battery to charge with??
either way im looking to spend around 50-80 on a charger any suggestions?

RE: few brushless / lipo questions
The Mamba 25 ESC is nice in that its small and will fit into the car easily , and yes you can set either so it cuts off before discharging the battery too much .
I have the Mamba Comp X 8000Kv system and its been working great in my RC18MTruggy ...

Well the pack is onlyy 8c so it may get a lil warm but may not depending on your gearing. I would use caution while testing for the first few runs. Check cell temp frequently on your first run.

RE: few brushless / lipo questions
I would be careful with that battery. I have it and it works great. I only use it in my brushed setup with the vr3. It does not get hot, but I would not put it in my brushless setup. They make a 10c version with a larger capacity burst also on their website.
