drive it liek you stole it. they are tons of fun but the shocks are friction, not oil filled so you cnat really adjust suspension. i cant imagine changing oil in those though

there atr 3 things i reccomend (if you have the $$) the first thing is these:http://cgi.ebay.com/TEAM-LOSI-MICRO-...QQcmdZViewItem there cheap and there durable the next thing is this charger

http://cgi.ebay.com/LOSI-MINI-PEAK-7...QQcmdZViewItem its a good but cheap charger it charges my micro-t in about 5 mins and its a peak charger so it knows when to stop charging and finally your going to need an adapter so you can use the charger http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...2611&rd=1&rd=1 also i suggest these plugs to replace the tamiya plug and the plug on the charger http://cgi.ebay.com/1-50-Ultra-T-Plu...QQcmdZViewItem that guy has a min order of 5 pairs but you can find others just make shure you get a male and a female ends hope this helps if you have any questions post here or privat msg me

I had an idea and it worked.

I put zipties in as shock spacers to stiffen them and they worked!!!

I'll show pics later

dont forget zip-ties dont flex as much and can restrict the suspension and can damamge the servo gears on high speed corners

Why not cheap out on steering links? I'd rather save my $2.00, make some links out of zip-ties and feel good that I made something that looks good and works great. Good luck breaking zip-tie steering links, and if you do happen to break one, they are practically free (If you have zip-ties, and I don't think anyone in this hobby doesn't).

Thats a neat trick. Zip ties are extremely hard to break without using a knife. I'll have to remember that when one of mine goes.
