Default Pull start electric

Alright, i hae a little problem I have a trinity monster max motor in my mini-baja with an elite 1500 battery pack. When i run it sometimes it works as it should bit more often than not, oulling back on the throttle on the tx wont make the motor turn, i have to spin the motor either by turnig the wheels on the car to get the pinion spinning, or by actualy going and grabbing the end of the motor (dont know the name) and spinning it, only then will the motor continue spinning, allowing the car to move...

so why is this happeinging the motor is brand new...should i give trinity a call?

Yes.....well some people refer to their motor as brand new untill they have run it once, other call it brand new for the 1st month.......Sorry if I cant read minds like you.

Well, new as in i ran it once....for 6 minutes......wel i emailed trinity, curious to see what they say.....but I would pullthe brushes but what does that have anything to do....why do i have to turn it to get it to go...why wont it go on it's own...?

all stock electronics, but it couldn't be that..right?

it must be the motor

Your brushes just could be a bit tight, the spring could be off, either way one of the brushes might not be making full contact with the comm. So did you take them out, and put them back in? Motor Maintenance is part of the equation. You cant expect never to have to touch the motor.
