Baja's all clean and I redid the wing so now it's about 1-1.5" shorter. I just made 2 holes in the motor hloder. I'll post pics later

RE: Bay Area Mini's
hey you guys, looks like you had fun this past weekend (I belive thats when you raced) the track and minis looked awsome Id love to tear up that triple. BTW, Nasher, how did you mount that wing again? I know that you probably posted it earlier in the fourm but i dont want to go back and try to find it. Also to solve the dirt/ small rocks problem with the 18T, id recomend getting the Driven Products gear cover. It'll be the best $15ish you'll ever spend. no more spending $4ish for replacement spur gears.

I already have it. And for the wing in the pics it's just a vendetta wing mount and wing, then I drilled 3 holes in the body and monted it up, but it was a little High so I lowered it by putting it on the motor bracket thing

I shouldn't have any problems getting enough speed with my 18T with a Tekin 8.0. Im now thinking of getting a Mini Baja and putting a vendetta wing on it too because it looks so cool. Also hope to be there at the next meeting. BTW do you guys have a club here on RCU?

RE: Bay Area Mini's
ive got a rc18b wing on my rc18t also. its not as big as nasher's but i think it looks pretty sweet. i haven't experienced any handling change though.

RE: Bay Area Mini's
hey Mz,
id recomend the vendetta wing because the 18B wings fall apart too easy. I started out with an 18B wing and mount but the sides broke off before too soon and then I upgraded to a B4 wing mount and Vendetta wing. The only thing I had to do was drill different holes for the mounts because my mounts were wider than the holes for the Vendetta mounts.
Nasher,
the wing does help with handling doesn't it, its b/c of added downforce.

Anyone have something close to a crawler? I'm getting a wheely king and was wondering if anyone on the forums has one? Mz's debating on if he wants to get one or a Vendetta ST.

Hey guys, Ive been looking for something just like this. Im a bit out of the way in fairfield, but thats ok. I could cram my lst2 into a backpack and ride my gixxer out there.
