Default Hop-up motors for the MLST2???

Hey all, i was going to go BL in my MLST2, but after alot of time decided that dual brushed motors would work best, IMO.

The radars are better motors.

u should go brushhless. I recomend the Mamba Brushless competition X pack. If u sont want that much power or dont want to prend that much money, go for the performance or sport or competition pack. Many companies make single motor mounts for the mlst2

X pac: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJFY5&P=0
sport: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHAH8&P=0
Performance: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHAH9&P=0
Competition: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHAJ0&P=0

The reason i would say, get the competition pack because its better than the sport or the performance pack, but it doesn't have so much power that it will shred ur diffs. It has enough power to pull wheelies tho

I would stay away form the Mamba because over time it will over heat because of the heavy load. If you don't have any other option though I would get the Mamba 6800.

But out of the two you listed the Raiders or a lot better.

Well like i said in my origional post, IMO BL isnt worth it. I also have other reasons for not going BL.
BTW the mamba can is too small and IMO under powered. Just like dokioito said "it will over heat because of the strain" AND i dont want any drive train problems from powerfull BL motors, all im going to do is get the raider motors now and a high capacity 2c Li-Po pack. Does anyone know of a good LVC for the Li-Po packs???
Cheers.

The sotck motor's are pretty impressive with a LiPo batt driving them. From the testing I have seen, two hot brushed motor's, like Trinity Cobalt's, will strip the gears just as quick as a bl motor.

Why do you want us to look at all your items and look up all the shipping prises? Just to tell you what the shipping cost would be?[&:] Don't be lazy.. Really the only thing on your list that is need would be the batteries... Nice tools do make a difference though.

Ok, well i havnt had a chance to ask the seller about shipping, dont ask why.......
But i suppose i dont need the wheel nuts, but i deffinitly need a new battery pack for the new motors, and a good tool set with the proper sized drivers....
