RE: lipo
Here is a good cheap 11.1v LiPo that I am using ...
[link=http://www.aero-nuts.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_57&products_id=452]11.1v 1800Mah battery [/link]
It will fit on its side without trimming , but not laying down .... Its really too much power for anything but high speed straightline runs .......
I also have this 7.4v LiPo from the same place .
[link=http://www.aero-nuts.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_56&products_id=129]7.4v LiPo battery [/link]
I use the charger from my electric plane to rechage my batteries , but this one looks simmiler in features ....

RE: lipo
Mine is a cheapie Parkzone charger , and it charges both batteries with no problems .
The one on their site even has a AC/DC power supply option , mine just runs on DC .
I dont think anything is gonna blow up unless you overcharge the batteries , or charge them at too high of a rate ...
I wont ever go back to NiMh cells again ! Not after running LiPo ....
