Smoked my Hitec HS-55????
Well I was ALMOST done getting the Mini T ready to drive and my servo starts to smoke![:@]
I take it apart and plug it in with the circuit board hanging out and it starts going and doesn't stop. After about 3 seconds (probably less) one of the black little boxes that is right next to the black wire, gets red hot.
Anyone ever had this happen to them?
Is there anything I can do besides try a new servo?

you prob smoked your servo[
], never hapened to me before, get a new servo, depending on where you got it from, tell them your story and if you get lukcy, they may send you a new one for free[&:]

You probably shorted the servo, by pluging it into the wrong hole in the reciever...

Yeah that could have happened. Why wouldn't the servo work with the throttle trigger though?
