Ok, this is really gettin annoing
I have just installed a gear cover for my 18MT, and was trying it out with my new Dirt Hawgz tires when I am driving around and hear the dreaded, WWANNNNNNNNNNNAH, of a snapped shaft, now I can rule out rocks in the gear since I barely drove it lately, any clues as this is getting past annoing, I am to woried to upgrade to a different motor for the fear that it will snap as well, I had the mesh a little on the loose side to play it safe, diffs were loose, any clues, thanks

So you snapped ANOTHER motor shaft ? Are you sure the center diveshaft is straight ? Maybe the spur gear is moving around and causing binding ?
I ran the stock motor for 2 months , then a Baja motor for 3 more , went too a Mamba system over a year ago and have ran mine VERY hard but never snapped a motor shaft ......
Maybe the gear mesh is changing from hard hits ? Mine was doing this for a while till I loctited the motor screws
