did you mean the mini t and the mini baja?
if so the mini baja comes with a better radio/reciever, motor, oil filled shocks, and ball bearings.
if you did mean the mini t and micro baja, one is 1/18 scale and the other is 1/36

the parts will fit. the only differences is that the mini baja has two sets of copper color wheels, bearings already installed, oil filled shocks, and different electronics

Nice,I bought a mini baja last night and was looking for upgrades and couldn't find any under mini baja. Now I see everything under mini T.
