RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
The inferno a arms do not work , the ST arms are too long , and the Buggy's are too short !
I did compare diff cases (same) upper front arms(same) rear bearing carriers (same) my LHS didnt have a steering assembly to compare but it looks the same in pics .

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
nice body
yea my body shot out like a perfectly circular hole around the body post like an inch in diameter lol. duct tape saves the day!
The shock is leaking from the bottom.....
If brushless motor are most efficent at full throttle then i must be getting good runtimes for slow driving indoors with like 30+ min!!!

Thanks guys , this took maybe 2 hours . They seem to be getting easier each time , though its a little harder to trim the designs out on the mini bodies

NICE ! Yah they are pretty fast stock , I wonder what that 17t pinion would be like ! ? You gotta love how it handles at high speed also , nice and stable and not twitchy like the RC18 or my Mini T .
Still , you should see an RC18 on a 3s LiPo . Mine will wheelie at 40+ if youre not really careful with the throttle [X(].

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
Hey guys. I finally got my NOW back up and running. I as well am really impressed with its speed and handling. But I am reletivly new to using Liop's. I know you never run them down fully, but how far do I let it run down. Do I wait till I see a slight drop in performance? Or wait like a normal battery when it just starts to go real slow? I ran mine tonight for about 20 minets then got a slight decrease in speed so I stoped just incase. Please let me know a good point to stop.

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
hey KRO, what's the paint combination you used?
Pearl white
Indy silver
Candy blue
Outlaw black
and I custom mixed the gunmetal color on the grill .
Silverfang what you did was perfect , but the NOW's battery is supposed too have its own auto cutoff . You can also set the Mamba 25 ESC for 3s LiPo cutoff just too be safe .

Alright i just tested the truck with the new connectors and they really were worth it! the truck feels a little less glitchy at slower speeds and i get more power when i first punch it!

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
Hey guys, just saw this. http://www.maxamps.com/MA-SKIN-KIT-STD.htm Its a hard caseing for lipo batteries. Sounds interesting cause rumor has it ROAR is going to make lipo legal as long as there is a hard caseing. I don't race but if lipo becomes legal for ROAR more manufactures will be likely to make RTR with lipos. Or mabey not. what do ya'll think?

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
hey does any one know what kind of wheels can fit on the NOW. I'm wanting to get some better tires. I know I can just get the stock rims, but I was wondering how I can tell what would fit and what wont?

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression
I agree with Kro. Thoes are the best upgrades to get. And I finally got an entire day running my now this weekend. I want to get a momba motor, but not because this one is slow. The stock motor is plenty fast if you are just bashing around or racing against other mini cars. But I am looking to blow away some Losi XXX T owners with moded motors. But if I when I am just bashing around like I am now I will stick with the stock motor. Its fast enough to out run my german shepard mix so its plnty fast ).

There is plenty of room there. Prehaps if a morot mount was fabricated. But it would be kind of twitchy with that much power dont ya think?
