Whick diff are you having problems with? I have the MLST2, which comes with metal geared diffs for the front and rear. I have not had any problems with those, however, it still uses a plastic gear diff in the center, and I have blown that out. There is a ball diff kit and a spool to replace the center diff, but I have not tried either yet.

Ya, when you replace them order the MLST2 diffs instead as they are metal and work great. I think the parts number is LOS0941. They are much cheaper than the vicous diffs which apparently have their own issues with washers crapping out on them.
