Default slow micro-t

My micro-t is very slow. My brother has the same one with the same set up and with the lipo his wont stop wheelieng. Mine wont even wheelie at all. I can hold it wide open and it does just about nothing. His nicads arent far off from my lipo and my nicad is a lot slower than his too. Mine use to be fast but now it is not. What can it be.

Is it the motor. I have had it since christmas and have used the lipo maby 7-10 times and the nicad about 10-12.

PLEASE HELP

Could be the motor , but I would check the slipper clutch , then if thats ok look at the diff . My slipper clutch was too loose when I first got my Micro and I had to tighten it a little . Dont tighten it too much or you will start stripping the diff/tranny gears .

Get a new diff. Mine one wheel wouldn't spin and i got a new diff and it is fine now. Except it is slow also, but i want a lipo for it.

Rotate one wheel , the other wheel sould turn the opposite way at the same speed , if not you may need a rebuild .

Have you checked for hair or carpet fibers wrapped around the axels ?
