I don't know if I should get a new Vendetta ST or get a Sidewinder 8000 for my Mini-T. I have enough spares to build about 2 Mini-T's and 70% of the parts to build a Vendetta ST. I just want a car that will be reliable. My Mini-T only broke 3 thing over 2 months of 7-12 foot jumps so I think that it would be relable but I'm worried that once I go BL I will start to break more stuff.

I'm really starting to lean toward a Mini-T. I think that it would better to have one Amazing car then 2 average ones.

well i think you should get a vendetta st..
and your right once you go bl then you will start to break a lot of parts.. and plus you can always go bl later but you might not be able to get a vendetta st later..

Well I'm back to wanting a new Vendetta ST. Are the stock ESC's reliable. When I had mine it fried in about 2 weeks...

i thought i fried one so i had duratrax send me another. Turns out that i fried the connectors from the esc to the motor. So replace the connectors with deans.

But mine have been holdin up fine for 3 months

If you got the vendetta, you could save up and get a sidewinder esc, then use it for both the vendetta and mini t. That's what I do with all my minis.

I might be trading a Digital servo for a RC18T roller. I still would get a Vendetta ST but it would be after my Mini-T and RC18T if I get one it I don't get the RC18T then I'm going to order a Vendetta ST.

I'm getting the RC18T roller. It's going to take 10 days to ship since it's coming from Canada. Good thing I'm going to be out of the country or the wait would kill me.

i just got my rc18t today..
yeah it has brushless and all that
but man these things are a blast!
very very durable..
i was doing maybe 7 feet jump landing strait on the lid and nothing broke..
i even did a couple 7 feet cartwheels and nothing broke...
haha could you beleive this though..

i was doing some speed runs and when i went to take a corner while turning around the rear right hub stripped out...

luckly i had some extra ball joints that were longer so i could stick them through and tighten it down with a nut on the other side..
works like a charm..

just get the vendetta and throw a NEU motor and steel diffs in it,,, unstoppable

the vendetta break all the time and for some reason mini-ts becomes money pits i had a mini-t witha bout 400 dollars into it but i got it for 160 and its a great truck

you have to know what parts to buy to prevent that... and most of the items are given amongst the minis..

My Mini-T is very durable and when I had a Detta ST it was very durable.

thats my opinion on the dettas i know other people have them and they good for them but my friend had one and it was stock and he broke almost everytime he raced it and he not a basd driver either
