1/18 Losi Li-Po/Charger

I'm thinking about getting that when I order my 1/18 Desert Truck since I need a new charger and battery. The Li-Po battery alone is $55 so for $10 extra I get a charger. Does it have a built in Li-Po cut-off or do I have to buy one separate since the Desert Truck Electronics don't have one built in?

I know that it can handle it voltage wise I just need to know if either the battery or ESC/RX has a Li-Po cut-off.
