Mini Mini...
Hello all. I am wanting to get this little Mini Cooper just to play around with. Here is my question...will I be able to replace the electric motor that it comes with for a faster motor?

RE: Mini Mini...
I have $21 left on a VISA giftcard. IDK what to buy! But I do know that I want an RC car...and this Mini Cooper has a nice scale to it, and with S/H comes out to be about $15! If you see a cool, bigger RC car that costs <$21 including S/H, let me know, please! I want a car that can have a faster motor put into it. BTW...is this an RC car or a slot car?

RE: Mini Mini...
What RPM would you guys suggest the pager motor be? I found one that has a max of 6800 RPM. Is that good? I want this thing to fly, if it had wings...

Well stock radlines are pretty slow stock around 10 for the platinums eries and 5 for the elite and 15 for masters but ive seen somebody put the mini-lst motor on youtube with a 23 tooth pinion and the thing is amazing he clains 45 and i beleive it! You can also get 180 motors for it and 130.

RE: Mini Mini...
I just realized that I have a 1:3 scale F1 car sitting in my room...LOL. It doesn't work anymore, for some strange reason. The wheels don't turn, but the motor sure does. I am thinking about putting a 10 turn double modified motor on it. Maybe the wheels too. I guess that is why I wanted this ity bitty thing...LOL.

RE: Mini Mini...
What would be the best battery pack to get for this car? The one that it came with was probably made of lead...lol. The one that this car came with was/is a 7.4 volt 7 cell battery pack. It does not work anymore, because I did not charge it every week/month like the directions said to. Besides...it barely even fit in the battery holder! I had to break the wrapping off of it and tried to sauder the leads back together, but ended up using electrical tape instead. It worked, but now that the battery no-longer charges, I think that I might need a new one . So which battery would last the longest powering a Trinity Speed Gems motor?

Try a new steering servo in that and if still interested...
For some reason I dont' have pics of one with a pack and my camera doesn't want to cooperate.
BTW that thing is HUGE!

Are you talking to me? I said that the battery does not work, but when it did, the wheels didn't spin. Here are some pics of the F1's battery pack (NO, IT IS NOT A BOMB):
